By utilizing internet portals and smarter phone technologies, our teams are able to bring quicker solutions to our customers globally.
TeleFix's conservation activities include:
- Fuel Savings – Our teams are located in market, thereby reducing travel expense and gas usage.
- Our "We Do the Job Right the First Time – Always" company pledge to our customers enables us to conserve fossil fuel by eliminating wasteful second and third call-backs to fix a problem.
- Time Savings – Time saved for our clients by quick, professional and well-prepared team members. Time saved by our teams can be better allocated to serving other immediate customers' needs, saving our clients both time and money.
- Water and Energy savings – It is our intent to conserve water and energy in all our endeavors..
- Waste Reduction – Companywide, our consumption of paper for communications, transactions, record keeping, management, and training materials is kept to a minimum through use of the internet, intranet, and internet portals. We encourage recycling waste paper, plastic bottles, and used print cartridges. Materials used in site development are also recycled, whenever possible.
- Stewardship – TeleFix encourages a "reduce/reuse/recycle" mentality among our team members, both on the job and at home. We are also committed to introduce a reward system to encourage and foster new and improved "Recycle" Behaviors among our staff.
Let's make it fun; Ideas are welcomed!!
